I cannot believe the seller let it go for $850 Tom.

That's a steal for a rifle of that quality.

Any issue with ordering pal rated airguns from the US?
Is there a certain procedure to follow?

It's BACK UP FOR SALE!! Joel, if I knew you were serious, I'd buy it... but I don't want to be stuck with this - I have too many FT PCP rigs that I don't shoot as it is!

Simple answer - no issues, I've purchase 98% of all my rifles from the US.

How do you have a rifle shipped from US?
I once used fedex, it came across the US fine but they would not continue into Canada, at which point the rifle became a firearm. They said that fedex employees were not trained to handle firearms.

Now with Boama's Homeland Security Force having their panties in a knot (or something) you might have difficulty with anything 'gun' related - maybe not - would be best to find out first.

It will be a little difficult. You need a firearms import permit from the US and Canada. You need a gun shop license. It's not that easy. Plus you need a Gun broker, or be one to be able to bring guns into Canada, from any where in the world, or even from our neighbours from accross the line.

I hope this makes things clear. It is damn tough to get guns parts or any kind of ammo across the border.

You are correct about getting Gun Parts in from the US. It isn't easy.

You are however completely wrong about bringing PAL rated Long Gun air rifles from the US to Canada. NO Export or Import licenses are needed. In fact, if a person does a little bit of RELIABLE research and a small amount of paperwork, then buying from "Abroad" is as easy as buying in Canada.
