Black creek? I was up there recently to get some more bees! Cool place. A big fancy winery out in the sticks. Over 800 acres. Very cool.

....Hello VA7ZD,.... My brother-in-law is VE3EGC (Sault Ste. Marie) .... Nice to finally see another airgunner surface locally.... I'm mostly into pistols as I shoot within the forbidden zone (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) .... I travel to Oyster River a lot .... And I'm always looking for a 'friendly' place where I can do some relaxing shooting , not having to flinch with every loud report .... There's a dedicated airgun facility in Campbell River but it's a bit far for me ...I do believe there's a woman involved there who was (or is) on Canadas' Olympic team (...so I've been told) ... I'm no longer good enough to be competitive so my Anschutz lays under my bed.....The only person I can outshoot is me, so I stay mellow with any notion of excellence ...... I used to frequent a gravel pit that's right around the corner but Comox has engulfed it with subdivisions now.....All my shooting is now done 'rested' , but I'm ok with that as I concentrate more than I do when I drive .... I'm digging myself a big hole here,eh ... Anyway, nice to know your close by...a meeting may be in the works,.... Until then, ... Thumper (Comox, B.C.)

I was into powder burner pistols when in the states. Mostly Dirty Harry, stainless steel hand bazookas. Was fun.
Didn't know Campbell River has a dedicated air gun place!
I shoot at the farm. Have a sort of temp range setup where I shoot from my barn up the lane. Funky but it works.
Might build a shooting shelter somewhere here. I'd like it to have electricity, so it's hard to find a place that would work year round. In summer our farm bustles with customers and helpers. Don't wanna shoot anyone! OR, more likely, scare the bejesus out of anyone.
Anyhow, good to meet you Thumper!
