I want your opinion guy's. As you saw I paint stripped my second 1911, but on the first 1911 wich is original color, I feel like to put another grip but not sure what. I have seen a lot of picture and can't make up my mind.

What color of grip to put on,I'm hesitating on these 3, wine red wooden grip, very pale (lightely colored) wooden grip or Ivory (bone white) grip. What to do :rolleyes: :?:

TW1911, Steel Force
GSG 92, Walther CP99 Compact
BlackWater M1911A1(polished)
Glock G17 6mm
SW M'n'P 40, Crosman 357 6'', SA 1911 TRS

I made these from purpleheart (sort of wine red...), but ivory grips would look awesome...

I think you need to answer your own question. Make a photo-shop template of your grip and colour it the colours you want to try on your gun. Nobody is here to tell you what colour grip to put on YOUR gun!
"I" like Herrett National grips like these. Used them on all my powder burner 1911's and variants.
