Has anyone had any luck lessening the pull weight on these single stage triggers?
I have 2 now and both nearly take 7lb. to letoff.
One has been worked on and polished but just barely better.
Any thoughts.

I have not studied the trigger on the Diana and have never modded one. My guess the general rules apply. I would polish any parts that mate (preferably with a stone), lubricate everything that moves with a good quality moly grease. Check any spring that holds the sear engagement, consider lightening pressure.
Just be sure to keep enough spring pressure that the gun will not fire when bumped or too light a pull.
