I have a Gamo P-23 I got in 2001 . Have not used it for years . Got new "O" ring seals from Gamo . Should I put any kind of lube, say RWS chamber oil, in the new seal before I put it in or some what dry just as I received it from Gamo ? --------John ---AKA Papa Smurf

Don’t use any chamber oil on your Gamo P-23! This is a CO2 pistol not a spring breakbarrel pistol!
Put a small drop of Pelgunoil on the tip of each CO2 cartridge before you insert it into the grip.
That’s it.
