I know many use honda moly 60 in lube tuning springers etc. Is the 77 simply a higher moly content?

I googled it, it seems to show the MOLY 60 container in the picture over the 77 item display on the Honda parts site, , maybe they changed the name.

I would think the number represents the percentage of moly in the pastem maybe Honda decided that 60 was sufficient for thgeir purposes.
