Ok so I'm looking at getting a new scope for my Benjamin classic .22 I feel like my sight has a week buffer tube spring since I have shimed it and it's has gotten a little better but I plan on upgrading my gun to the nitro piston so I wanna make sure the sight I get will still be able to hold up in the future. I'm looking at this tassco sight:

I would be leery at that price. Usually as the mag level goes up so does the price, so imo it's probably a cheapie. At the higher mag levels the flaws in the lens are magnified as well, which may be the main reason they're more $ because they high end lenses. So my guess is it'll be lame one way or another, but who knows... If it were me I'd work on getting the gun and/or current scope to work correctly. It would suck to drop $on a new oneand have the gun break it. I'm guessing it's a full power gun? If so you can do things to reduce that harsh reverse recoil. I remember your name but can't remember what we talked about. If you're interested imo tell me what scope is on it now and what mods you did to the gun and such.

To add to the considerations: I don't believe the AO on that scope winds down to 10Yrds. . . . I think it's 20 or 25Yrd minimum. . .

I feel for you springer guys looking for glass. I've got a .177Phantom, but bought it purposely to be my opensighttrunkgun.

I have other Tasco scopes, and do view them to be good overall value. Good Luck!

Not full power right now it does have a life time warranty from tassco but I know doesn't say springer rated just shock proof also thanks for pointing out the 20yrd min that's a very good point !!
