As it says... unless anyone has one they can tell me the length and thread then I can source another at a faster shop.
In fact if someone knows what all the receiver screws are on it would be cool to swap pit for brass or SS someday for bling on the old girl.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Murray I might be able to help you out. I'll look later today. These are such nice old guns , its a pleasure to own and shoot them. One of mine has been in someone's shop "for repairs" for over a year . . . And yet I'm still hopeful of getting back in working order. If nothing else I'm a patient man.

Patient for sure but you are still getting to use bang stick to do some CAS in Barrie so that's fun!

You should come to the farm the next weekend we are out ands we can do some CAAS fun in the sun. we can use the holsters this time and the airsoft lever shotgun.

And it one of the screws that goes all the way to the right receiver shell. I don't want to use it anymore until I get that tight as it seems to stabilize the barrel in the receiver so... not like those other screws that do nothing!

Murray, I looked in my box of 622 parts and found a screw that seems like it might be the right one. It has the right diameter head but I wasn't ready to unscrew the one out of my rifle to check the length.

I can mail it to you or give it to you next time I see you.

Email me about this and which Sunday you'll be at the farm!!

if you have a clamp you can clamp the receiver then test the screw but don't worry if you would rather not.

the gun is at the farm so just throw it in you CAAS kit! we may be there next weekend but I will let you know.
