Hi, I have been lurking for a few weeks getting familiar with an airgun I purchased recently. A friend had a Crosman Phantom that he was willing to sell so I bought it about 3 weeks ago. I didn't like the iron sights so I installed a cheapy Bass Pro Pursuit 4 x 32 scope. Now I can see what I'm shooting. I found that I was all over the target until I read about tightening all the screws. Now it's much better. Looking forward to some mods eventually. I live in Calgary and am way past middle age.

Jim

Welcome Jim...there is more then a handful of shooters from Calgary, and even more from the surrounding areas of central AB. It just so happens there is a shoot bring organized up at the Calgary Rifle Pistol Club...CRPC. For Nov 22nd. Contact Castle2 in a private mesage for more details. The group is AIR F/T .... Albertas Informal Recreational Field and Target. We have multiple get togethers thru out the year. Do come out and see. Lots of friendly people, information and guns to get aquainted with.
Hope to meet you at one of the shoots.

Welcome Jim! As Whitewolf mentioned, there is a shoot on the 22 at the Calgary Rifle and Pistol Club.. You are more than welcome to join us. The shoot starts at 1:30. If you want, I can add you to the PM list to let you know of future shoots. I'm not sure on what the cost is yet, but we'll find out soon enough.

Rich

Now that got me to giggling. Where is the Calgary rifle club located? Might be able to attend the shoot.
