I’ve been posting here for a short time and am finally getting around to introducing myself. I go by Kid Shelleen because I used to be a decent pistol shot but now I’m just an old has-been with bad eyes and shaky hands. Like many of you, I’ve come full circle in the shooting world, starting with air guns as a child, graduating to small caliber rifles, then to large caliber rifles and pistols (I competed in pistol shooting for about 15 years), and have been back into air guns for the last five years or so. I live in California, USA and part time in Missouri, USA. I'm a member of several air gun forums and I’m trying to learn as much as I can from some of the great experts in these forums..... and get a little help on projects from time to time.

Welcome aboard Kid! Assume you did some Cowboy Action Shooting and chose that name for yourself!

I was "Dead Eye Rick" in the Tacoma/Seattle Area. Lots of fun getting dressed up and shooting with an older crowd. I was in my late 30's when I was shooting antique wheel guns. A matched pair of 1903 Colt Single Action Army pistols in .45 Long Colt.

Second wife bought me that doll about twenty years ago. He sits next to my awards/medals board in the basement.
