Like many, I have been a long time 'lurker' on the forum, but never committed myself to signing up. There was too much to learn before feeling like I could have something intelligent to ask or contribute. I still wonder about that one.
I grew up on a farm in the Niagara region where an air rifle was a rite of passage. Many summer days and nights were spent plinking cans and bottle caps. I lost my model collection about that same time for some reason
About 2011/2012 I fell back in to the hobby. The Benji classic caught my eye in the local CT, and the rest is history. It was like they multiplied inside the cabinets overnight. "I swear Honey! And that one, I got for you..."
In November while lurking on the forum I stumbled across mention of GTAC, and quickly became a member. Best thing I have done in a long time. The people I have met there are friendly and knowledgeable. It's so nice to be in a safe environment where one can practice, talk to people with common interests, and even try a high-end rifle you might never be able to afford but can certainly respect.
Joining GTAC was so satisfying, I thought I would extend the joy and join this community as well.
I promise I will be good!

Welcome! The fellows at the GTAC seem to be a great group to learn with.
