Anybody have experience repairing the hand pumps? what info i can find suggests it could be simply o rings and maybe check valve, but it doesnt seem to want to draw in any air on the upstroke, in fact i cant even pull the handle up without it pulling back just as hard :? Also, where could i get a small air tank that outputs 1500-2000psi?

thanks-Matt

you definitely have an o ring problem. Deep inside the pump is the final stage O ring. It,s made of a heat resistant material that doesn't have a lot of stretch to it, so replacing it is a small challenge to not break it. For mine I heated it in boiling water. Since you have to replace that one, might as well buy the kit and replace them all. Usually that tiny O ring is the first to go, because most of us are impatient and pump too fast for too long, and end up melting that o ring. Good luck
