I will probably be along to spectate or practice. Was there yesterday; still breaking in the new rifle and have narrowed down to two the pellets it seems to like so have ordered a couple of packs of each to progress further with setting the scope up.

DDtank, you gotta partake in the match. Don't have to win to have a lot of fun. Take it from an experienced person  You won't know what pellets your rifle likes until it has spat out a few hundreds. I am really looking forward to next Saturday as I have not really done any shooting since the last time I was at HAHA which was about last October. See you then.

It is to take place at the Hamilton Angler Hunter Association Club 1317 Alberton Road, Hamilton Ontario
We will try and have some site in setup for 9amto about 9:45am with a brief shooters meeting, so the match can start at 10am. We have the range until 3pm. There is a $10 fee.

What are the rules? Bi-pods? max zoom? Can non pal compete or are the targets going to be further than 50 yards? Either way I will be there and hopefully a bit early to help set up. Thanks Chris for setting this up!

I'd like to come mostly to learn what it's all about. What are the usual distances? I have a Hatsan at44 in .177. Would that be an appropriate gun to bring? Are there also air pistol events.
Thanks,
--Ed.

If you are shooting sub 500 fps and if there are enough similar rigs present, maybe Chris could have a special class for sub 500 fps. The maximum distance could be set at 30 35 yds. The whole objective, for me anyway, is to shoot your rigs and have a bag of fun. Also, although there won't be an "air pistol event", feel free to bring your pistol and you can shoot it during the sight-in session.

See you on Saturday.

Tony

Hi Tony, I have narrowed it down to 2 pellets it seems to like but not sure I can get more by Saturday. Will bring it along with what I have and see how it goes.

My Hatsan is full power and I'll be there for sure.
