My first of probably many incoming rifles that actually have a magazine. The barrel ends about 3" from the front of the shroud. If it's too quiet, I might get a loudener made up.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.
Pros:
Price
Manual safety
Adjustable Cheek Rest
Adjustable power setting behind the receiver

Cons:
The magazine is only held in place by a rod with a couple of o-rings on the other side of the receiver.

Ah yes, but sometimes simplicity is its own virtue. I'll bet it outlasts you.

I have a Cometa Indian - sorry Native American - in black and love it so much I ordered the nickel version.

Your Orion has a 13 shot magazine right? With RWS Superpoints you should be whacking weasels at about 825 fps. I've found that unlike any other airgun manufacturer Cometa always understates the velocities of their guns. Better to happily surprise the customer than disappoint them. The Indian shows 492 fps in the specs, presumably so it can ship to Canada without being de-tuned . Mine consistently hits 550 with RWS Meisterkugelns and RWS Diabolo Basics.

Have fun. I'm jealous.

How does it shoot accuracy and shot count wise? Also, how many mags does it come with?

It comes with 1 magazine, but I haven't shot it at range yet.

Well, you were right. Mine chronies with 18.13 JSB at over 900 fps. So, I'm pretty happy.

You may be amazed if you try RWS Meisterkugelns at 14 grains. Very nice pellets.

Cometa has made guns for other manufacturers over the years. If in good shape they exceed specs. The RWS 94 is a goodie and as I mentioned I have a Cometa Indian which has been made for years as the RWS 9. It really is a well-behaved walloping springer.
