Not sure what exactly you are talking about but if you mean carbon fiber vinyl wraps then you can get that in the automotive section at Canadian Tire. This is what some people use after they make a shroud over their barrels.

I'll have to get some machining done to include a bit of the CFTubing into the Hatsan receiver I guess. I'll put one on anyway but have you notice more consistent groups with the sleeve?

Yep, taking a 1/2" barrel to 5/8" OD with a CF sleeve more than doubles the barrel stiffness.... As you say, it's a good idea to machine the breech out to accept the large OD.... at least 1 diameter deep, more if you can manage....
