Hi everyone!

I'm new here but practicing and owning 4 airguns pistols for long time. I just bought a crosman vigilante and i'd like to add a red/green dot sight on it without adding a new rail. The weaver rail is kinda short on this gun and because it's a break barrel i know only some model will correctly fit on it. Any suggestions? Since this gun worth around $60 i'm looking for something cheap but with a decent quality... I saw a few on amazon.ca in the $30-$50 range but don't know if they're good for the vigilante...

Check ebay. You can get 2 types for under 30$ shipped. They're single crossbolt style.

Just go on ebay and search for mini or micro red dot sight. Ones a copy of the Buris fast fire and ones a copy of the Bushnell TRS25.

hey t. I;ve got a couple of these reflex sights off e-bay. I just tried one today on my browning buck mark break barrel pistol. I mostly use the dot . rarely missed my target. they run in the $21.00 or there abouts price range. free shipping. pretty good. you can get them to fit the different rails.

Thanks for the hints. I finally ordered both model specified by leadslinger. I'll see wich one is working better and will report here. You're right about the single cross bolt thing. That's exactly what the vigilante need.

Your welcome, I ran a couple of those 25$ Bushnell TRS 25 chinese clones. Theyre great if you don't always turn off and on it.
