Like the title says....My package is stuck in my home town on the 12th and should have been deliverd the same day or next.It's now the 17th!

It's from BnM Custom....I don't think Sergio would have the time!

Anyone ever run into this?

When a package got loss. Canada Post told me I needed to call the business to tell them to call CP to start a ticket.

I believe leadslinger is correct ... you have to contact the shipper to initiate the trace.
CP will not (in the past anyway), deal with the consignee in this regard.

I phoned USPS yesterday and they said because of the kind of shipping it is and with no insurance, they can't do a investagation:(
