Is this co2 BB Pistol need a PAL licence to buy ? The Daisy Powerline 415
Some websites says 495 FPS other says 500 FPS. But Daisy website says it's 495 FPS.

NO license of any kind is needed to buy or own or use the 415!

IF you did need a license - it would be an R-PAL one; NOT just a PAL.

So oshoot.ca is WRONG on 2 counts!

Also.. I believe (and could be wrong) that it is the manufacturers posted velocity that matters. If Daisy's fps says 495 then it would supercede oshoot.ca

Just watched some video reviews - looks like a fun hard-hitting reasonably accurate BB pistol!

the cheap price scares me though. Seems like it would end up in a landfill after 5 months...
