Hi guys.
Is it possible to reduce hammer bounce by lightening the Hammer?

Very much so! You can easily lighten by half, or more. Washer shims or an RVA(Rear Velocity Adjuster) will address any velocity concerns. Reducing hammer mass and bounce, reduces report and increases shots per cart. Excellent Mod!

Suggest that before you begin, you look into putting together an SSG. I did end up lightening my striker as well, and the package works quite well IMO.

My results are near the bottom of the page. Temp was 58F.

You could make a SSG.

some 10-32 nuts, 3/16" rod, some o rings.
