I've got a recently purchased Stoeger X3 TAC that I shoot cans with in my basement, no more than 12 yards. Two scopes (and 3 sets of rings) and a few thousand pellets later and I'm finally happy enough with the accuracy.

I've searched online for parts/tune kits, or to see if this air rifle is built on another common platform? It is Chinese made, so I imagine it can't be all that unique. It's Stoeger's youth sized break barrel, so there's not as much info/experience out there as I had hoped.

I believe most versions claim 550 fps, mine is the Canadian model so is probably detuned in some way. Out of the box it lacked ANY punch, but adding about 2cm of spacer behind the spring seemed to add a lot more tension and power. (Keep in mind I can still put it together without a spring compressor, I don't think I'm in any danger of drifting past 500fps with this youth-sized power plant.)

So anyone got any info on this air gun? Other models it might be based off? Thanks!
