Here's the little 12g quick change adapter I got for using either 12g co2 or filling them back up with air. I get 10 shots in that 490-455 zone when it's pumped just over a 1000psi down to just over 500psi. Takes 140 pumps from totally empty to get there, lol but after its filled around 80 to get it back, so not nearly as efficient as the 88g, but I still don't have the flat top yet so that should help.

Lol, as you can see, all I had was a coarse thread tap for doing my rva, and my 3/8 bolt is too long. Temporary setup, will have to make something nicer later or buy one of those fancy looking ones.

I thought I'd mention that now that I've got the hammer tension right for consistent fps between 1100 and 500 psi I can also use the 12g cartridges without having to adjust anything. I can also measure the amount my Rva is turned in and put some spacers in there and a new tube cap on the end and not have to worry about any officer adjusting things to make it rpal.

Sorry I meant that I can also use the 12g cartridges still filled with co2 because they run around 800psi which is in my zone lol

Oops I was actually wrong about using the little co2 up before filling it back with air and not having to adjust anything. It actually drops the fps quite a bit when switching to co2. I never thought about the different gas affecting it that way.

Update:
This gun has now made a new home with my Dad, several months ago now. Still working great. It's nice that it can switch from air to co2, or as my dad used it in grouse season, as a combination of both, pumping it up to warm co2 pressures when its colder out. Deadly accurate too, out to 35-40 yards! My Dad loves using the red dot 1 power scope for hunting and he shoots amazingly well with it.
All around a great project!
