Would anyone in the Calgary area have a 2240 piercing knob that I could beg, buy or borrow until I can get a replacement in a week or two.
I have offered my son-in-law the use of a pellet pistol and wanted to revert my 2240 back to CO2 from hipac and cannot find the end plug. Its probably in a gun parts box that has been misplaced during my last move. I would prefer he take my 2240 instead of my Alecto so any help would be much appreciated.
I'm assuming I can get a replacement from Gravel Agency but I need it before this weekend.
Thanks to all
Graham
PS - he's working in Northern Ontario for 6 weeks at a time so I'm thinking this may help him pass the time.

This has become a moot point ... I have contacted Air Canada and inquired about him having this in his checked baggage and was informed that he would have to fill out a declaration form and also pay a fee of about $50 each way. Obviously, not worth it ... he could buy a new gun there for less then the additional fees there and back!
Thanks Castle02, but not needed now. I did however, locate one at Gravel in Quebec and should have it in a week or so.
I suppose another option would be for him to mail it to himself at his Ontario address ... I must check into that.
Thanks all.

As luck would have it ... I just found my lost box of parts and there it was!
Of course this is after I have ordered a new one and paid $13 for shipping!
In any case, for future reference, if any one discovers they need one, I will have a spare!

Murphy Law. I sold 2 maintubes with piercing knobs and a Disco valve cap. To realize I needed them after all. I had to order one for my project.
