After using my Hatsan and P17 / HW40, I finally realized I have to do something on my 1322 and 2240 on the triggers that I thought it's not necessary before...

I want to go directly for an adjustable trigger spring set from scopes and ammo. However I found that on the description page of the spring, it said 'with' the use of the 'adjustable sear', the trigger can be adjusted to 1lb... But I can't find the adjustable sear in scopes and ammo... Anyone knows where can I find it? And if I only replace the spring with the adjustable one, what result I will get??

Thanks ~

I just squished my spring a little in both and polished two empty .22 rimfire casings and put it in top of spring to help the spring stay strait. I would think it does the same as the upgrade since I squished it to much the first time and had a hair trigger. Had to stretch it back out some. CHEERS!

If you haven't already, polishing the sear and hammer/sear and trigger contact points will help a lot, and adding the trigger spring adjuster will further help to reduce the trigger weight. If you only use the sear spring adjuster I believe you'll get around 2-2 /-1/2 lb of trigger pull weight.

I believe Scopes and Ammo no longer sells the adjustable sear; Canada Shooting Supply used to have them but they're out of stock: ... -sear.html

All other places I checked are either out of stock or NLA. Just a guess here, but I think the supplier stopped the production of this sear. I saw a ''new'' design, but the seller is in Arizona (maybe check on Ebay?). The only other, more costly option that I can think of is the Benjamin Marauder two-stage trigger assembly. HTH
