Yup,

but there won't be many PCPs that meet that criteria.

Sub 500 or over 500 FPS, still comes down to no pellet in the chamber, thus not loaded. And I don't feel like calling my firearm lawyer and wasting money on asking him.

You know what the headlines would be, if the Police investigated a break-in at your house.

"FULLY LOADED GUNS" were found at XYZ's residence during a criminal investigation.

That it was a break-in against your property, is immaterial, just as the type of guns, etc.

My Acetone, Kerosene and Varsol cans are all fully loaded - or partial, as the case may be.

The 4500psi Nitrogen tank only has 3,300psi left in it, same as the carbon tanks, so they

are all OK now. lol
