Are there any performance/accuracy differences between the all plastic model and the wood stock/forearm version?
Just realized the wood stock version is 625FPS which I can't buy .

no real performance deference just more cosmetic and appealing to have wood over plastic
and the wood version is more collectible since they stop making them...
and no its not just the wood version that shoots over 500...the plastic version does so as well
all depends if you have a Canadian de-tuned version or not

I remember my first 760 being all wood. (mid-late 60's)
The wood pump handle split and they sent me a new one which was made out of plastic.
But the stock was still wood.
