Hey everyone,

Does anyone know what will be the legal limit of rounds in a PCP semi-auto handgun? From what i know, it cannot be above 10 rounds in a handgun that is considered "Restricted" category.

http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/bull ... 72-eng.htm

Anything more than 10 = Prohibited = Jail time!!??

Your thoughts?

p.s. I saw an ad from another dealer and was surprised. Handguns need to be transferred in your name and merely possessing an RPAL is not sufficient. Also as a dealer, you need to have Business license in "Restricted" category to sell "Restricted" firearms. DO not want to start an argument but just want to make sure we do not earn a bad reputation for the Airgun enthusiasts and we need to work together for this.

The cited bulletin only appears to reference magazines built for either centrefire guns or rimfire guns, categories under which pellet air guns do not fall. The issue regarding another dealer's post is being investigated.
