Actually now a date the 'city' just very huge... Anyone can look up the bylaws to see if any similar to GTA?!

If so...I think you need to take hours of driving to find a crown land....

What I found, Mississauga bans the discharge of firearms, bows, airguns/paintball guns within the city limits. Markham has a similar law.

Found here.

Quote:
Discharge of all air powered guns of all kinds (pellet, dart, airsoft, BB, paintball) is prohibited in the GTA and other citys by municipal by-laws. So the short answer is that is is illegal to discharge an airgun in a backyard in Scarborough.

I'm going to say any place within GTA would have the same rules.

So the only place is inside your private property, like basement...

Or even that's not allowed either? Anyway you have a chance to shoot through the window...

And what's the description of 'private property' in law then?

We always say not allow to shoot in the apartment / Condo... But I own the unit doesn't means it's my private property?

Well technically only place you can discharge these are at ranges within the bylaw areas. Doesn't matter if private property or not, or even basements. You're in the by law area. You're subject to the laws. So if you choose to shoot, just be warned, if someone calls the cops. There is a law stating you cannot do it.
