Finally finished off a project for a fellow airgunner. A TJ'S 25cal liner fits into the bore of the 45cal. Some parts added and tada a 25cal!
Shoots good and hard at just the low power hammer pull.
If I knew how to post pics these days I would lol

Correct me if I'm wrong but you machined a .25 barrel to fit inside a .45 like a sleeve what a great idea!
well that is if I got it right if I did not explain please.

Low power gives 900+
High power goes 1200 very loud and wastes a lot of air
Do low power works great

Can look up the Bill Webb rifling machine...bit of work and will take up some room but will drill and rifle a piece of bar stock.

If you source some nice tubing, maybe all you need is a sine bar rifling machine and an appropriate rifling broach...
