I got this 1322 off a forum member and you can see it has a power adjusters. I keep it at max just to get to 430fps...

So

If you got a 24" barrel and the power adjuster if would be simple to dial it back to 500fps.

But I think the 18" is all you need because yikes 24" barrel I know I'd be banging it into stuff a lot.

I'm also assuming you're going to add the shoulder stock in addition to a longer barrel.

Walther is also rocking a barrel shroud, another fun cosmetic mod you can do if you float the barrel.

I made one with the chrome tube from a bathroom towel bar. It's out side diameter is 15mm which butts into the steel breech nicely while also clearing the air tube. O-rings on the barrel hold the towel bar shroud in place and I can take it on and off at will by gently sliding on. I love reversable mods.

Here is my modded trigger on my 1322.
All appropriate surfaces trued and polished.
Teflon shims
New custom drill rod pins
Handmade brass braised on trigger shoe
Light trigger spring with brass and delrin guide
Small spring from pen cut down eliminates slack and take up.
It has a short 13oz smooth no creep pull.
This and the flat top delrin piston was a huge difference in function.

Let's be clear that the rifle you have to "turn down" to get <500 is the rifle the RCMP will turn back up before testing - and hand you a possession charge if you don't have the PAL. If it's capable of shooting >500 in its possessed state, it is a non-restricted firearm.

Not to mention 1322s were rated at 10 pumps by crosman.
So they will most likely pump it up to 10 and see what happens.
I tuned mine so it is <500 at 10 pumps with a crossman premiers although I only shoot JSB pellets .
After 10 pumps it drops velocity but gives a weak second shot. or add a few more pumps.
At five Pumps I get 410 which is pretty nice for target practice.

Thank you I built it some years back..
It has
Rj machine long riser breech 14.5 inch barrel and NON functional shroud/barrel weight
Delrin flat top piston with original valve turned flat and deburred and smoothed internals
Custom made thr trigger by me with a braised trigger shoe, custom pins ,shims and spring guide
I designed and made the stockm aluminum bits and my own adjustable comb method with invisble adjustment holes
myself as well the checkered pump pin end cap, bolt handle escutcheons etc.
I also mounted the weaver/pica rain directly to the breech to make mounting scopes and redots easier.
So really not much off the shelf parts..

Thanks for the quick reply , I have a crosman 1377 i'm looking at doing a little tuning to. Just pick up a crosman incursion the other day...shots great , after doing some trigger work to it. Trigger pull was like an inch long...
Was thinking ....for the 1377:
-rifle stock (just the plastic for now)
-steel breach /receiver, maybe a 14 "...or 18 inch barrel
-up grade to flat top piston (less pumps?)
-rework the trigger ( was thinking roller bearing on the trigger that action bar) and lighter trigger spring.
It is the Canadian model so they say it set to under 500 fps and has no adjustment...do they uses a smaller transfer port ? how does it work to control the under 500 fps, other then the piston...?
Will do a complete tear down this weekend and take a look.
What do you guys think?....Nothing like turning a $100.00 Canadian pistol into a $300.00 one lol.
Cheers
Brian

I think the trigger work is pretty important as after shooting other guns with a great trigger, I found there are big improvement we can do on the Crosman trigger...

And be careful when working on the trigger... Too many tiny parts...

And IMO, the flat top is not so welcomed as you sure do need less pump to get enough power you need. But the RCMP will follow the manual to give it 10 pumps... So I doubt every 1377 with a flat top must excess the 500fps limits...

I have a PAL , so over the 500 fps would be OK, just have to watch out on the barrel length.

It's a pistol, you will need a R.PAL.
License is easy, but the trouble is your gun has to be registered with RCMP into the database and need a permit if you want to bring it to your neighbor's house to show it to your neighbor.... You can imagine what else other restrictions on the gun...
