Can anyone tell me where I can pick up a carbon fiber sleeve to install on my Gauntlet?
I have access to a lathe. The Gauntlet's barrel is .440" in dia. An OD around .860 would be perfect
to fit the barrel support, but not stuck to that measurement.

If you are open to working in metric ebay has a great selection of carbon tubes in 1mm wall thickness.
A 12mm ID14mmOD might work but you would have shim it a tiny bit. Heat shrink tubing works great for that sometimes or even electrical tape (1 wrap?) and slide it over.
I just finished a shroud+airstripper
Imagewith 18mm id 20mm OD for cr600w , tube was great quality cost 10 buck deliver for ½ meter.
good luck
