I have one of these, it's leaking CO2 through the port above the trigger that feeds to the breech. Anyone got any idea on how to fix or how to disassemble to get to the seals?
Tau Brno are very helpful but I am not sending it all the way over there. A seals kit is fairly cheap but first they suggest that the valve could be dirty and might clean up with compressed air. Not sure how that would do more than the CO2 that goes through it but anyway, that's my first approach.

You have to remove the grip, using the 2 pronged end of the co2 changer unthread the grip retention nut. There’s a flat headed screw at the back of the gun you need to remove and the spring and valve stem, once the valve stem is out you can wipe off the end of the main seal. To remove the main seal you need a large wood screw and you will destroy the seal in the process. I had to order the main seals directly from tau Bruno and it wasn’t cheap and as I found out the hard way the seals go in a specific direction. You can try putting some oil on the end of a new cartridge and firing it to see if you can get it to seal

Here’s an exploded view of a tau 7

This is great, thanks so much!
I asked about whether oil should be used with the CO2 but they said no (and I never have as unlike the usual Umarex action pistols, the caplet empties into the grip rather than pierces and holds pressure against a seal that benefits from pellgunoil moisture). Maybe I will try what you suggest first though as I haven't got much to lose and if that does the trick it will save me pulling it apart.

I’ve heard use a drop of oil on every third cartridge. If it it still doesn’t seal after oil and cleaning the main seal send me a message.
