I want to smooth out the edges on my Disco valve poppet but i'm not sure how much I can safely remove and not ruin the valve.
Do any of you guys have a photos or dimensions of this mod.

You’re better off starting with a marauder poppet . The disco valve can’t take much material off before it’s ruined .

Use the MRod poppet and bush the valve body down using K&S brass hobby tubing to accept the smaller 1/8" stem.... Make sure you check the length of the Disco poppet stem (how far it sticks out the back of the valve) and grind off the MRod stem to the same length (or even 1/16" shorter, assuming your Disco stem is stock now) so that you don't reduce the hammer stroke....

How do you secure the tubing sleeve in the valve?

I see the 1377 poppet valve looks the same as the Maurader poppet.
Has anyone used the 1377 poppet instead of the Maurader poppet? If so how did it perform?
