I just got a used paintball HPA tank, I don't know how to interpret the label, and tried to test fill with a pump to test if its gonna hold air, the tiny hole discharges air at around 500 psi, any help on this issue will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Found this:

According to these documents, I'd say your tank was manufactured on April 6 of 2000, which suggest me your regulator's Orings may be shot and that you may need to rebuild it. This also tells Luxfer CF tanks have a service life of 15 years, so if I'm right in interpretating the label, your tank is expired. I'm hoping for you I'm wrong. :|

May need a new burst disc as well. Reg/output side may be worth keeping. Bottle probably well beyond it's lifetime.
