We’ve recently moved and now that I’ve got all my guns together in storage I’ve come to the realization that I’m out of storage space! Not sure how that happened....

I’ve got two storage safes but they’re at their capacity. I don’t want to jam them in there causing any damage. So... where do you guys end up safely storing everything? Unfortunately adding a third gun safe is not an option. I think I may have reached the point of having to regrettably sell off a few. And that’s not even to make room for more, that’s to make room for what I’ve already got!

How the heck are those of you with 30+ guns storing them all!?

I’m I need the same boat .... sorta . My wife saw the entirety of my collection , including the ones I usually kept in the truck and on the 4 wheeler . I got the look that I hadn’t seen in a loooooong time . I’ve got a couple for sale to start . I’m not going to say I’m done collecting , just need to thin out the heard a bit . Good luck on your endeavours , maybe a gun drawer under the bed would work to stash a few .

I think all of our wives see through our stories... they just choose to allow it most of the time!

No I don’t have any more room for another cabinet at this point. And with little kids in the house I have to be very careful about how and where they’re all stored. Looking more and more like I’ll be posting a few for sale.

And it’s not just the guns it’s all the gear that goes with them... pellets, cleaning supplies, pump, extra scopes, extra springs, extra seals..

You can always build a gunroom in the basement with a locking door.

Or put a locking door on the basement access point and use it entirely as a gun room.

If the fwb 300s goes up I'm in line.

You guys are funny! Sorry the 300s is staying with me. I’ll put a couple more up in the next day or two and then I should be good.

If I can’t convince the wife to get another gun safe then there’s no hope of converting an entire room.

That's a pity..... Sorry, I don't mean your wife not allowing you for another new gun safe... I mean the 300S.... ;-)

But I can understand it... I won't let it go if I once found one for myself ~

There is normally a few for sale state side. I just don't want to both with the hassle of importing. Really not a problem but it's a lot easier just buying within Canada.

I do have friends who store things outside of cabinets. Legal storage for non restricted is trigger locked.

So with that do you have a crawl space in your house or basement with unfinished ceilings? If so get yourself some locks if needed, go down to an electrical shop or flooring place and get yourself some long cardboard boxes, oil your pieces and stick them up in the rafters. May not be what you want but its legal storage. Keep a dehumidifier down there and your good.

Or I know another guy who actually built the walls of his little work shop area in the basement 1 foot off the foundation walls and put peg boards up with locks for his under 500fps airgun collection. He built it so well you would not even know it was there.

I also know a guy who had a long hallway in his basement and framed off the end of it and built a little room. Again you would not know it was there either. Get creative you dont have to just keep them in cabinets to be safe storage.

Or you can do what I did, take a long hard look at your collection figure out what you want to keep sell off a bunch of stuff and get what you really want too.
