Hunter piston for me please.
Re: HAHA FT Match Saturday Oct 5
I am in for Hunter PCP. I have a buddy who is also hoping to come out if his schedule works. We could shoot in the same group and share my rifle, so Hunter PCP for him as well. He's shot powder burners but never air guns, so he at least has some idea of things

Thank you for everyone that made it out for a fantastic day of Field Target at HAHA. Spectacular day all the way around!!
Special shout out to the Hamilton Angling and Hunting Association for letting us use the rifle range and a bigger one to everyone that helped setup and tear down. Your many hands made it super quick. An additional shout out to Tom K for his pics. Thank you for sharing what FT looks like!!
The day dawned cool and quickly warmed up. The reasonable temps and, uncharacteristic lack of wind made for ideal shooting conditions. Thankfully too as this was one of our most challenging courses of the season. We threw in small KZs and a good number of 50+ yards. What really took it up a level were the 1/2" and 1" targets at or maybe beyond typical distances. These brought many laughs and a few curses when looked at through the scope It also brought an extra level of focus as many upped their effort to knock em down. A few shooters cleared lanes and there were many words about how scores were not what they usually were. A wonderful adventure in expectations and how they mess with us, or at least most of us
Setup got under way at 8:30 AM. We had our shooters / safety meeting at 9:30 AM where a new score card format was introduced. The Sight-in time started up at 9:45 AM and ran a bit longer as we had some new shooters and the temps plays some havoc with the piston folks. The match got under way at 10:30 AM and wrapped up just after 1:30 PM. We had everything put away before 2:15 PM - one of the quickest setups and take downs yet! Again, thank you to everyone that helped!
A reminder, there is a match in Port on October 19th and the Fudd / AGM in back at HAHA on Nov 2.
Here are the results for the day:
High score over all: Richard S, Mod PCP: 58 / 60
Special acknowledgements:
