Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.

Well I had the 2000k, it was fun (first air pistol), but definately not worth it, poor accuracy and power... 1010c being essentually the same. My 2000k broke after about half a year (stopped cocking back all the way), luckily CT took it back and gave me a full refund :)

I hear good things about the 2004, except Marksman having poor quality control on them...

Cheers!

None of them are.
The first two only shoot about 200-280 fps...

Cheers,

I got exactly 3 shots out of the Marksman 2004 that I picked up at C-tire.

I liked it until it broke.

So I took it back and went and picked up a CP Sport.

yeah from what i hear the m2k4 has mixed reviews. Either it breaks real fast or it lasts a while. Seems that the ones that last have gotten some tinkering done to them. Or are later versions of it.
Ive yet to try one out, but from what i hear, if you get a good one they are bang for the buck.

2240 would be nice too ....
EB22 is another good one too. If you're looking for CO2 single shot.

Marksman laserhawk 2005 extend barrel bb springer pistol

#8 Post by papaburger »

Can someone comment on the Marksman 2005 laserhawk bb pistol ? It has an extend barrel.

Is there a accurate, hard hitting , SSP or spring piston bb pistol repeater in this world ? Antique or modern is OK.

I had a Marksman 2004 for a couple weeks and 300 some shots and it broke.
I got GamoCompact and a Crosman 2240 for more then 4 years & over 4500 shots in each and they are still shooting like new.
Don't foget co2 pistols lose power/fps as temperature drops ,that is if you do your shooting outside.

Agree with air smith, Marksman guns are toys, the best one is definitely the M2004 (M2K4  who came up with that?) I handled one and it felt good in my hand, but looked kinda cheap. (after all in the US they sell for $38  ). But the main reason I didn’t get it was because it’s a a single shot pneumonic; I don’t have time or will to work that hard for every shot  CO2 is my pick :)

btw for gun of that size it should have a 6in barrel instead of 4.5 [-X
