Exchanges at Lebaron

I received an order today from LeBaron which included flip open scope covers. However the cover for the objective end is 2 sizes to big.

Has anyone ever made an exchange with LeBaron (or other mail order companies) before? What is the procedure? Do I have to mail this one back first and pay the postage myself?
