can you upgrade a crosman 2289g multi pump and add the airsource
attachment to use along side with the pump to boost fps........
please tell if you know anything about this
I can imagine tapping a hose on the tube just above the trigger thru the tube into the valve. the other end of the hose connect to an airsource or hpa bottle but hell too much trouble for all that might as well get a 2240 to start with.
i think it would work fine . but you will never use the pump if you can shoot 100 times with out it . also the pump on the 2289 will not reach realy high pressure so you will get more energy from the co2.
well i dont make much money as it is and really cant afford a new gun at the moment but your right leave 2289 alone but i will getsome betterbolt and breech mods, do they sell 2240 at canadiantire?
well i dont order stuff on te internet that muchmostly because im under 18 and dont have a credit card and my parents wont let me use theres would you happen to know what the retail price is on one of those guns
I was looking at them about an hour ago at Canadian tire, and they are $84.85.
I am thinking of hopping on the band wagon and getting one too, but I don't want to pay that much - I'm sure I've seen them cheaper (online, mail order)
Where's the best price on the 2240? How much does K&S sell them for? I looked last night at the webpage but didn't see any - I'll check again.
Edit: By the way has anyone else noticed that the Canadian Tire website doesn't have airguns anymore? I was trying to find the 2240 on the CT website last night - normally they're under Recreation>Hunting>Airguns.

Better get one while you still can.....the airgun section seems to have disappeared from the CT web site ..........
I don't think it means anything at this point. They never sold airguns online...so why bother having them on their website. I think they just streamlined their online presence.
when you were on the CT website did u try just typing in air rifles
or doing the advanced search with your postal code and all that for the items that are at your local ct
