Finally arrived this afternoon from Juan as promise to let me tested and I will send him the money.
I tested so far 3 powerlets with Benjamin EB20.
First 29 shots made it to the circle of 1" and the rest to the 38 shots
drop for about upto 2" from the centre of the target. Perhaps tomorrow
I will run more test with a chrono using 2240 stock.

Hey sniper....what's the normal shot count with the EB20 using the crosman powerlets.......are they in the zone?........

Hi Parker,
Usually using crosman powerlets / copperhead, perhaps they're about the same, I can get about 32-33 shots in the zone (within 1" circle), so this powerlet seems to give about 3-4 shots less.
Does your 2240 do the same velocity and shot count with Crosman or Brass Eagle powerlets?
Here is another test. Weigh the 12gr bulb before and after you use it. This will give the actual weight of the CO2 inside. You can do this for a few bulb brands for comparison.
When I had my TAU rifle and pistol I used bulk CO2 that was in a 50 pound welders tank. Everything worked fine and the guy who bought my pistol and tank is still using them.

At the time I use the brass eagle powerlet and it did give more velocity than this one, also more velocity than Crosman/Copperhead.
Ok, I will weight it tonight and see how much CO2 in them. Individual powerlet in full against its own empty tube. I was wondering about it last night when I shook the brass eagle and crosman, I can't feel any movement inside the powerlet but on the one from Juan, I can tell that there is a space there.
Mmmmm yummy Powerlets!, and lots of them. Food for my babies.
What a deal Sniper!
I am an impulse buyer. I am more likely to head down to CT and pick up a brick of 40 than to stock up.
Yep, the 2240 velocity is greatly effected by time between shots and temperature. The design is the reason. As we all know, the 2240 is still a lot of fun but a person has to be aware of these facts to obtain full accuracy potential.
The 2240 is quite reliant on a spring to close the valve and determine duration. Some other CO2 pistols, such as TAU-7 and LD Mk1, use a combination of a light valve spring and CO2 pressure to close the valve. They are not as sensitive to temperatures and shot speed. The vertical CO2 reservoir is said to also be an advantage.
