Posting pics???

I would like to post a a diagram I drew in Windows Paint program, and I'm wondering how to go about it?

ok go to www.photobucket.com and register there . and make an album the button is in the middle of the screen if you scroll down, and use the browse button to load pics to the album. once thats done a URL tag will be seen under the picture. copy and paste it to a post that you would like to submit. and make shure to attach an image tag to it or it will not come up
