Modded my 1389!!

#1 Post by ABshooter »

Yep, I opened up the old pumper and polished the sear and the trigger, wooowie!, what a difference! It's not really a lighter trigger pull, it just feels SOOO smooth! I am very proud of myself, next time it will be a more involved mod, but that's good for now. :D

Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.

Nice work. Are you gonna mod it for power?

If you want a lighter trigger pull, just take off the pistol grips and take out the spring you see. A bit at a time compress it in your fingers and put it back in and test the pull weight till it's were you want it. Be carefull though, compressing the spring to much will make it unsafe and may not give the sear enough pressure to propperly engage with the hammer. The trigger on my 1377 is about 1lb and safe.

I plan to, yes. Modding sure is fun! Almost more fun than actually shooting the airgun!

I agree about that modding an airgun is almost as fun as shooting it. Especially when you get your mod exactly the way you planned it.
