Airsmiths or airgunsmiths?

This is the place to talk about everything airgun related including air rifles, air pistols, pellet guns, pcp airguns and more.

Airsmiths or airgunsmiths?

#1 Post by qb »

Are there any airsmiths in the Hamilton, Ontario or even surrounding area that anyone could recommend?

Thanks

There is Al Simmons on Lock Street they seem pretty good. I buy stuff from them and order parts. I have never had anything fixed by them because I do it myself and they kind of tend to get a bit expensive.

I don't think they would do any good for airguns ..... may be springer.
I bought 50 cal. muzzle loader there and my friend bought a couple
Glocks 40 cal. & some beretta's rimfires. They're certify for Glocks.
I've been visiting them almost once a week there. They're excellent for
handguns ..... that's about it ..... I guess.
They have the best price on Hobby pellets. I usually buy a couple
sleeves (10,000 pellets) at the time while they're in stock.

Fun guys to talk about handguns (NOT airguns), they sure know
their stuff's.

I was at Al Simmons today.....great guys for sure.....as far as air gun repairs I never asked......I did ask them once if they'd order in some Crosman parts and they said if I brought in the part numbers they would....Picked up 4 different types of RWS pellets from them while I was there......

Depends what kind of work you need done.
I know of three people around Hamilton who work on airguns.

Well they work on higher end airguns such as Diana and some crosman. They stock a wide variety of Hatsans and Diana's. I'm also getting a D24 piston seal through them too.

I want it lubed up, possibly get spring updated(macarri) and installed. The kit needs alittle smoothing out. Any idea about cost or how to contact them.
