Got me a 2240...

#1 Post by ABshooter »

And YEEEE-YAAA, it's the best gun I've ever shot!! Seriously, it feels soooo good, I will soon be buying a 24" and a steel breech, I already got the stock. I really like this thing, don't think I'll be returning it... Ha ha ha, buying that today I realized how stupid the Ct clerks are, like my dad asked the guy if they have a .177 version of the 2240 in (he doesn't like the idea of me having a .22), and the utter moron had to look in the catalog, I almost died laughing, he and my dad looked at me really strangely, LOL! Also, he said a Quest would "blow right through" a magpie at 100+ft!!! Man, how do those guys get hired... Anyway, the 2240 rocks man!!!! I love the gentle kick, it feels so sexy and powerful! :D I like these little guns so much I am getting 2 more (when I get the money  ), one to mod slightly, just a few internal mods and some custom wood grips, and I don't know what I'll do with the other, maybe mod it to get as much power as possible?

Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.

they dont hire "those people" to know anything about pelletguns... most likely they have a job because they help people buy stuff they want.

Do the mods slowly and take your time and you will be surprised what you end up with, best deal out there if a guy has a little time on his hands. John at D&L has a 2250 upgrade kit available and other then valve/spring/transfer port work that is all a guy needs to do to have a hand cannon. Me I prefer the Carbine configuration for that extra distance.
