Crosman canada problems

#1 Post by ineedpal »

Today I received my order from crosman canada, paied about 300$ with money order. After I opened the pakage, I noticed that there's something missing: the 2250 shoulder stock and a barrel band. In the order invoice the stock is marked as SHIPPED and the barrel band is marked as to be shipped. I'm so confused. Tell me about your experience with them, hopfully they will be there soon...

That is why I only deal with John from D&L airguns in BC, he charges a little more but his service more than makes up for his expertise and product.

Sorry I meant to say his service, parts, and expertise make up for the very little he marks things up.

Yup, same here too. Only order from D&L for all CR parts. I like paying
for convinience.
Perhaps I will get a call from Crosman Canada one of these day for my
order that was place about over a year ago ...lol.... after so many phone
calls at that time I had to give it up. There are more value thing in live
than keep calling Crosman ... what a heck happens to the parts ordered.

D&L
Beside good services and only charge what ever being ship out, last week
I got some credit back for my HW100T .... I say wow, that's something
you don't see everyday. I ended up getting it for alot cheaper than the
price before it went up.

Hi,

When this order was sent out to you, it was checked by 2 people. The 1399 was in the box. If the 1399 was not in the box we will have to contact canada post and see what we can do about this.

We did not ship you any part # 1150-007. There is no such number.

Regards
