Daisy Buck

#1 Post by link_dc »

I like those guns, i just got one over the weekend from seatle (went over the boarder with my family and aunt) and me and my dad found a Daisy Buck in walmart for $17! so we got 2, there pretty fun to use, its a very small gun, and now my Gamo Delta feels huge. You can find a way to hold it comfortable, you have to put the stock right by your cheek. Any way, i would recomend this gun if you can find it for 17 "bucks" its good for shooting out of your yard without hurting them to bad. anyway, do you think one could kill ?

If you must do things like that with airguns, by all means get yourself into trouble, get a record with the law for it and have problems getting licenced if you ever choose to. But, please, please don't further tarnish the reputations of airgunners by posting your unlawfull and cruel acts with them. I think I can speak for many members of the forum when I say it's not cool to act this way with any airgun.

Hey I forgive you, I just thought you were having fun plinking at stray domestic animals. It is quite illigal to shoot a domestic animal with any weapon for any reason, stray or not. The best thing to do is to call Animal Control services and let them deal with the problem. Don't get me wrong, I am as deffensive as the next guy, I just prefer to use my hands and feet as the weapons, lol.

Link_dc for your question on can you kill anything with a buck the answer would be yes but probably nothing bigger than a mouse from like 20 feet lol. (buck not recommended for hunting at all!)

You are legally required to declare any gun at customs - cheapie BB gun or not. If you had been pulled over and searched after declining to declare your BB guns, your father would have been charged with trafficking in illegal firearms ! Yup, in that instant, having violated a federal statute, your BB gun becomes a "firearm" in the eyes of the authorities. In addition to having your guns confiscated, your father could have faced confiscation of his car, heavy fines, and/or prison time. Definitely NOT worth it for a couple $17.00 BB guns. Your dad gambled and won this time, but next time he may not be so lucky.
