QB Problem

#1 Post by bobv »

This morning when I went to change the 2 C02 cartriges in my QB78 ,only one came out , the top one . The one in the bottom against the seal is stuck down there :( . Is there a simple way to get it out.. :?:
Thanks
Bob

I had the same problem with my Crosman 2240...in my case...the powerlet was really stuck. I had to drill a small hole in the powerlet and fish it out. It's going to me more difficult with the longer tube on the QB. Try spraying some penentrating oil into the tube and wait it out. Or, perhaps put another charged powerlet in the gun...perhaps the pressure will break it free???

Crasy Glue

Put a small amount of crasy glue on some wood that is long and place it on the co2 for 5 min and it should pop right out. A round stick.

OK , I got the cartrige out, not too stuck, actually I think it happened because I tried some Brass Eagle and one had a thick paper label on it ,so it was a tighter fit down the tube , anyway it's out now...back to shooting
