its not there, its so wierd, i think the guy from the shop gave me a used one, and the guy must have taken it apart, because the screws on the stock are kinda scratched up, what should i do? send in for repair, exchange or get it fixed at a local gunsmith?

Post a close up picture on here from every possible angle and make sure you get a picture of the screws you say are scratched up. I would like to see this thing. If it is infact used go to the shop where you got it from and give the guy S%&# for selling you a used one.

sorry but my digital camera just wont focus enough, and the lighting is to dull, and if i use a flashlight to illuminate it, it shines back and you cant see anything, how about a word discription, instead of a screw there is like a long rectanular shaped metal thing, and it moves when you pull the trigger. Does that mean anything?

Ok thanks. The only advice I can give you is investigate your Delta problem further and see if maybe you missed the screw. If infact there is no screw take it back again and give the guy heck. If he owns a business he should atleast sell you something half decent.
