Daisy 880 Help

#1 Post by Gotrice23 »

My Daisy 880 is weaker when shot. I have noticed the sound of the "bang" is quieter then it used to be. Can someone post the link to the parts diagram for the Daisy 880 and what may have gone wrong? (I think the "O" ring or valve is damaged).

Your valve is probably leaking air. I'm not too much into daisy guns but most pneumatics get roughly the same problems. Or you piston isn't sealing very well anymore probably new seals are needed. Sorry I don't have a diagram. Try contacting daisy.

wow! something breaks and you hate it? wait til you get yer first car!

but seriously... if its anything like the daisy 856 its simple to figure out. take it apart and pull out whatever orings it may have, then take them somewhere like a hydraulic shop, tell em you want new ones these sizes, and 90 durometer. if its just the oring on the piston, your in luck, should only cost 10 cents to fix. take your gun apart and send me pics of it. i might have what you need.
