Missing balls..... ineedPal

#1 Post by LarryS »

I sent ineedPal about 20 balls.... apparently Customs likes to fish!. He only recieved 3 balls. They were in cotton, wrapped in tape and envelope was sealed with Scotch tape. No way could they just fall out.....

Maybe I should have labeled the envelope "Weapons Grade Plutonium Pellets".... Will he get all of them then? or does Customs use Radiation to fry fish too?......

ineedPal - I'll send 20 again at the same time I send to jezX, in the next day or so when he gets back to me. -LarryS

I don't think that the custom will take them. When I received the envlelope I shaked it and theres a ball shaking around. So the cotton is good to protect balls but can't seal them. Maybe is better to close it in a ziplock bag.

ineedPal. I will try only 1 more time.

You did not mention whether there was any opening in the envelope. Did you examine the envelope to see if the balls could have dropped out thru a tear in the paper fabric?.

That envelope left here sealed. -LarryS

Then either U.S. Postal service(with higher level security now...) failing to identify what they were with soft X-Ray scanning, probably opened the envelope...scattering the balls on the floor, couldn't see 'em cause they are a dark grey when they rolled all over into corners, gave up..... and resealed the envelope.

Or...... Canadian customs cut 'em open to see what undeclared diamonds might be hidden in the cores..... and was too embarrased to give you the pieces. :D -LarryS
