PPK disassembly

Stupid question but how do u disaseble a PPK. I know ur supposed to pull down the trigger guard but mine doesnt pull down. thanks for the help in advance.

Thank u its nice to join the forums. But that post u showed me just says to pull the trigger guard down but it doesnt pull down on mine. i tryed to get the pin out thats above it but it wont come out easily.

It must be jammed. Pulled the slide down and try it again when you are holding the slide in place.

k i tryed and it just doesnt pull down no matter how hard i pull. should it pull down easy?

Yes, it can only be diassemblied when the trigger guard is pulled down. The pistol must be defective.

does the tiny pin thats above it need to be taken out

There isn't supposed to be a pin above it. Is is an Umarex or Crosman PPK? How about a picture?

its a crosman if u look right above the trigger guard theres a tiny litle circle . thats the pin im talking about. ill take a picture and try to let u see

its up and right of my finger (not the big pin the really small one) in this picture im pulling down on the trigger guard and it moves only about a millimeter. hopefully this link works :?

i just realized that u cant really see the pin it just looks like a smudge under the slide.

That pin isn't it that pin holds the gun together. Try to push the trigger guard back as you pull.

it does come down a litle more when i push the slide down and pull back the trigger guard
